What people usually ask us.
Will I sign a contract? What if I want to stop?
Yes, and it protects you. It sets out in writing what we do, when, what it costs and whose name everything is in. It also includes the data protection agreement the law requires when we handle your clients’ information, and a confidentiality clause that works both ways. There’s no minimum term. You can leave whenever you like and take your website, your passwords and your clients’ data with you.
Won’t an automated system make my business sound robotic?
We set it up around the way you work: your services, your prices, the way you talk. It handles the usual things, like opening hours or booking an appointment, and as soon as a conversation needs judgement it hands it over to you. It always says it’s an assistant and never pretends to be a person. Besides being the honest thing to do, European law has required it since August 2026.
How much does it cost?
A setup price agreed per project and a monthly support fee. We don’t publish rates because we don’t sell packages. Every business needs different things, and if yours needs less, you pay less. The fee depends on the pace you want, because meeting for an hour a month doesn’t cost the same as meeting every week. Everything is in writing after the assessment, before you commit to anything.
Do I need to know about computers?
No. That’s exactly the part we bring. What you bring is what you know about your trade: how you work, what customers ask you and what you answer. We build the rest and then show you how to use it in plain words, with no jargon. If something isn’t clear, we explained it badly, and we’ll explain it again as many times as it takes.
How long does it take?
It depends on what we build and, above all, on how quickly your material reaches us: photos, text and your business details. That’s usually what sets the pace, because our own work moves steadily. In the assessment we give you a date in writing, and if anything is going to be late we tell you before the day comes, not after.
Why trust a young company?
Because we’d rather say it before you ask. We don’t have a long client list yet. What we do have is a well-thought-out method, tools we use in our own business, and real time for every project we take on. If something isn’t working we’ll tell you, even if it makes us look bad. We’d rather close early what isn’t paying off than charge you for it for a year out of inertia. The assessment is free and you keep the report even if you don’t hire us.
Content that sells
Have you made videos for other clients?
Not yet: 4FIX started in September 2026. You can see Enric’s work on his Instagram, @dosaeme_filmmaker.
Do I have to be in the videos?
It’s not required, but it helps: people buy from people. We talk it through and go at your pace.
Websites and apps
How long until my website is ready?
It depends on what is needed. We look at it on the call and give you the timeline in writing before we start.
Is the website mine?
Yes. The website, the domain and the data stay in your name, not ours.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Whatever you change often, like opening hours, menu or listings, we set up so you can change it yourself.
Assistants that answer for you
Can you tell it’s an assistant?
Yes, and that’s the idea: it always says so. What matters is that it answers quickly and well, and hands over to a person whatever needs one.
What if it gets something wrong?
It can happen. That is why we review conversations, fine-tune it and, if something fails, we fix it. Anything sensitive is always left to you.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
It can be built and we know how. We don’t have one running today, so if that is what you need, we set it up and test it with you before switching it on.
Tasks that run on their own
Do I have to change my software?
No. We connect what you already use.
What if something fails?
It lets you know and we fix it. We keep an eye on it like everything we build.
Does my data leave the company?
Only what is needed for it to work. If you prefer, it can run on your own computer.
How much time goes on repetitive work?
Tell Josep, our assistant: in a minute you’ll see it in hours and euros.
